Yuasa Soy Sauce Factory
Yuasa is the birthplace of Japanese soy sauce. It is a byproduct that brought back from China by Zen Monk during the13th century. Japanese soy sauce is by brewing out of the liquid that accumulated in miso tub.Drive past Engetsu Island, a symbol of Shirahama. A small island floating in the southern- ocean off the coast with a circular hole in the middle, formed by erosion caused by wind and wave thus earning its name “Engetsuto” (Full moon island). -

A spectacular cliffs that stretching across 2 km and standing at heights of 50 – 60m in Shirahama.
Senjojiki
It is named after its structure that looks like thousands stacked mats. Senjojiki is a tiered rock formation that has been eroded by the stormy seas.
Taiji Kujirahama Park
