Tourism Industry (Tour Operating Business and Travel Agency Business) Regulations 1992
A maximum deposit of 25% of the tour fare per person must be paid as reservation fee. The balance of full payment must be made within 14 days before the date of departure for Free Independent Traveller (FIT) tour packages and 21 days for group tours packages. A failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.
Free airline baggage allowance is provided by the airlines and the quantum and conditions may differ from one airline to another and from one airport authority to another. The same applies for hand-carried baggage aboard the aircraft. The travel agent will advise passengers on the conditions. Passengers are required to purchase adequate insurance coverage.
Airlines schedules or local conditions may require sightseeing tours, hotels and route to be changed. Should this occur, the company shall make alternative arrangement subject to local conditions.
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member if he is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort or enjoyment of others on the tour. The company further reserves the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. If any of such events, the company's sole liability shall be to refund to the tour member any moneys paid, less the amounts for services already utilized, and the administration and cancellation fees.
The Company and its associated agents shall be held responsible for services provided with regard to transportation, accommodation, entertainment and meals, as indicated in their brochures. The company shall be required to pay appropriate compensation as determined by the Commissioner of Tourism in cases where, after an investigation, the Commissioner is satisfied that the services provided were not as stated in the brochure and in the agreement.
All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage".

1.1 A higher deposit OR earlier full payment may be required for special offers/specific categories of stateroom type.
1.2 Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to the cancellation policy.
1.3 Price quotes are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM); however, majority cruise liner pricing is based on United States Dollars (USD) or other foreign currencies. To secure the rate, the passenger may make full payment upon confirmation. Fare differential applies for the balance or any partial payment if the exchange rate at the time of payment is higher than the Exchange Rate set during purchase time and passengers are required to pay the differential.
1.4 Reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received within the period specified.

2.2 For cancellation, on top of Cruise line Cancellation charges, customer is liable for additional Agency Fees as stated in the above chart and plus any non-refundable items/services/finance fees & etc
2.3 Cancellation and refund policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.4 Respective cancellation policy on special promotional fare or others non-refundable items (example land transfer, air ticket, travel insurance and etc) shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges as set out in the above chart.
2.5 Written notice must be received and acknowledged by the company: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm. (Except for Public Holidays)
2.6 Changes in departure dates/passenger names are considered cancellations.
3.1 Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and exclude air tickets, hotel accommodations, visa fees, travel insurance, port charges, gratuities, shore excursions, or other incidental charges and items not mentioned.
3.2 All prices set are as indicative only and is subject to change. They are based on the cruise liner fares and at lowest category of each stateroom type.
3.3 Passengers are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
3.4 Cabin assignments are on a random basis. Any requests are subject to additional charges and final confirmation by the cruise liner.
3.5 The third or fourth passenger (triple or quad sharing) will be accommodated in a fold-away upper berth or sofa bed. This is subject to final confirmation.
3.6 Each person on board must have a bed, including an infant.
3.7 Pregnant Passenger: Refused passage if they have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the embarkation date.
3.8 Infants & Young Children: The minimum age to sail is six (6) months at the time of embarkation. Each cabin must be accompanied by at least one adult.
3.9 Each passenger is responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of the trip and all necessary visas and permits have been acquired.
3.10 Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses are subject to change, and the cruise line reserves the right to collect any increases in effect at the time of sailing, even if the fare has already been paid in full.
3.11 Cruise liner reserves the right to change the cruise itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure or for safety reasons associated with the ship or navigation.
3.12 The company reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice if necessary.
3.13 The company is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochures or any media where such information may be presented; the company reserves the right to make corrections as required.
3.14 Every passenger participating in the cruise shall travel at their own risk. The company shall not be held liable to any passenger for additional expenses that may be incurred due to delays or changes in transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, or other causes.
