DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and market Apple’s group tour packages to appointed tour retail agencies.
• Act as the point-of-contact and provide customer service to appointed agents requiring clarification or further information on products.
• Handle, follow-up, and follow-through on tour bookings (e.g., collect deposit, collect passport for visa, advise on special requests/requirements, etc.) from sales generated by appointed agents, until collection of full payment.
• Handle call-in, WhatsApp, and email enquiries and bookings.
• Liaise and follow-up with the Operations Department on tour confirmations or itinerary changes and thereafter advise the appointed agents.
• Communicate and serve as a liaison between retail agents and the Operations Department (and vice versa) in the event of any tour cancellations.
• Advise appointed agents of any changes to the tour itinerary.
• Handle any other requests or directives from the Head of Department (HOD) or Director as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in tourism or related discipline with a tourism emphasis is required;
• Preferably Minimum 1 year of working experience in the travel industry

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• Proficient in the English, Chinese and Malay language; both verbal and written communication

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to customer enquiries on online sales channels, including but not limited to Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp, Email and Website
• Familiarize with company wide products and able to navigate using our internal AWS system
• Keep up to date with international news and information to provide accurate information to our customers
• Enhance our customers’ experience by proactively offering solutions or products based on customers’ needs
• Educate our customers to utilize our website online booking system
• Convert online enquiries into sales and follow up with the booking

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Possess a min. SPM or certificate
• Well-versed with online social media platforms
• Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
• Confident and independent to work in a virtual environment
• Willing to work in shift rotations (when required)
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends (when required)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; both verbal and written communication. Ability to understand Malay. Other language (Cantonese, Japanese, Korean etc) is an added advantage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in executing joint marketing campaign (NTO) activities
• Assist in liaising with end user or winners for quiz or contest
• Assist in all travel fairs and Tour Operations
• Assist in company marketing campaign and events and prepare post report
• Coordinate planned advertisement for National Tourism Organisation (NTO) submit advertisement subsidy and claims.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Possess a recognized degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Marketing Communications / Advertising or any equivalent certification
• Fresh Graduate(s) are welcomed
• Good project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (Chinese language a requirement as our Marketing materials is in Chinese)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and manage monthly social media marketing campaign
• Social Media Platforms include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XHS (小红书) and any other
• Maintain and manage all social media content including content uploading, database management, scripting and system administration
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social media channels
• Meticulous in proofreading with correct spelling and perfect grammar
• Build and maintain social media presence
• Brainstorm social media content to be part of a content publishing strategy and seasonal marketing efforts
• Monitor and survey market trends of similar industry
• Support the marketing team in planning and managing campaigns through the online platform and on-going marketing projects

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Possess a recognized degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Digital marketing / Marketing Communications / Advertising or any equivalent certification
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing or similar role
• Experienced working with B2C social media
• Good project management and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (Chinese language a requirement as our Digital Marketing materials are in Chinese)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attends to & handle general enquiries and provide customer service to clients via, calls, walk-ins or emails
• Provide literature and information to clients concerning tour packages (i.e. destinations, transportations, travel routes, accommodations, fares, travel dates, travel regulations, etc)
• Make & confirm tour bookings and notify clients of travel requirements (i.e. luggage limits, insurance, medical, passports, visas, currency, etc)
• Collect passports or visas for confirmed booking
• Records client data electronically and maintain files of departed tours
• Updates clients on latest promotions and destinations
• Paperwork of Tour Operation (exp. rooming list, confirmation)
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
• To handle any other requests from HOD/ Director

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma/ Degree in business, travel management, hospitality and Tourism, or any related fields

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:

• Proficient in the English, Chinese and Malay language; both verbal and written communication
