CANADA VISA FEE IS EXCLUDED IN MISC CHARGES Cancellation Charges: * If cancellation is made 90 days prior to departure: A minimum charge of RM 5,000 will apply. * If cancellation is made between 89-70 days prior to departure: Forfeit deposit. * If cancellation is made between 69-40 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour fare. * If cancellation is made between 39-20 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour fare. * If cancellation is made within 19 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour fare. Deposit Payment Schedule: * Upon booking, a deposit of RM 10,000 per person is required. * 150 days prior to the departure date, a second deposit of RM 20,000 per person is required. * 60 days prior to the departure date, the final payment is required. *Package price valid for Malaysian only. Foreign passport holder surcharge MYR300/pax apply. departure date. However, tour member may be required to settle the balance payment earlier in the event of advance ticket issuance is requested by the airlines. 5) Tour confirmation will be notified 3 weeks before departure date. 6) Tour member must obtain final tour confirmation from AVSB before making any own arrangements including connecting flights, hotel arrangements and travel deviations, failing which all costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.
