Cancellation Charges: 1. If Cancellation is made 120 days before departure, a minimum amount of RM 2,000 will be charged. * If cancellation is made between 100-90 days: a minimum amount of RM 4,000 will be charged. * If cancellation is made between 89-70 days: Forfeit deposit * If cancellation is made between 69-40 days: 50% of the tour fare * If cancellation is made between 39-20 days: 75% of the tour fare * If cancellation is made 19 days before departure: 100% of the tour fare Deposit payment schedule: *Upon booking made, a deposit of RM8,000 per person is needed. * 150 days prior to departure date, a second deposit of RM 10,000 per person is needed. * 80 days prior to departure date, final payment is needed. IMPORTANT NOTES: *Package price valid for Malaysians only. Foreign passport holder surcharge MYR300/pax applies. *All passport copies are required to be submitted 120 days before departure.
