Cancellation Charges: 1. If Cancellation is made 120 days prior to departure, a minimum amount of RM 10,000 will be charged. * If cancellation is made between 89-70 days: Forfeit deposit * If cancellation is made between 69-40 days: 50% of the tour fare * If cancellation is made between 39-20 days: 75% of the tour fare * within 19days: 100% of charge 2. Deposit payment schedule:- *Upon booking made, a deposit of RM20,000 per person is needed. * 150 days prior to departure date, a second deposit of RM 20,000 per person is needed. * 80 days prior to departure date, final payment is needed. IMPORTANT NOTES: *Package price valid for Malaysian only. Foreign passport holder surcharge MYR300/pax apply. *Package is not allowed for change name 70days before departure *All passport copies are required to be submitted 100 days before departure. * Yellow fever vaccination is required upon entry to Costa Rica. * Tourist Card on the spot required to pay on the spot when entering Nicaragua (USD10-15/person)
