US VISA FEE IS EXCLUDED IN MISC CHARGES Cancellation Charges: * If cancellation is made 90 days prior to departure: A minimum charge of RM 10,000 will apply. * If cancellation is made between 89-70 days prior to departure: Forfeit deposit. * If cancellation is made between 69-40 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour fare. * If cancellation is made between 39-20 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour fare. * If cancellation is made within 19 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour fare. Deposit Payment Schedule: * Upon booking, a deposit of RM 15,000 per person is required. * 150 days prior to the departure date, a second deposit of RM 10,000 per person is required. * 60 days prior to the departure date, the final payment is required. *Package price valid for Malaysian only. Foreign passport holder surcharge MYR300/pax apply.
