Cancellation Charges:
1. If Cancellation is made 90 working days prior to departure, a minimum amount of RM 10,000 will be charged.
    * If cancellation is made between 89-70 working days: Forfeit deposit
    * If cancellation is made between 69-40 working days: 50% of the tour fare
    * If cancellation is made between 39-20 working days: 75% of the tour fare
    * within 19 working days: 100% of charge

2. Deposit payment schedule:-
   *Upon booking made, a deposit of RM 10,000 per person is needed.
    * 150 days prior to departure date, a second deposit of of RM 20,000 per person is needed.
    * 80 days prior to departure date, final payment is needed. 


IMPORTANT NOTES:
*Package price valid for Malaysian only. Foreign passport holder surcharge MYR300/pax apply.
*Package is not allowed for Triple room sharing due to the hotel’s policy. Please refer single supplement.
