Campaign encourages Malaysians to discover local attractions

Visitors striking a pose at the ‘sky mirror’, on a sandbar which is about 40 minutes by boat from the Kuala Selangor jetty.

Travel agency Apple Vacations is inviting Malaysians to explore their own backyard under its Go Apple Cuti-Cuti! campaign.

From the island of Langkawi to the caves of Mulu National Park, there is plenty at home to satiate your wanderlust.

In Perak alone, places like Teluk Intan, Bagan Sungai Burung and Tanjung Tualang are awash with captivating natural landscapes.
Have you experienced the “sky mirror” in Kuala Selangor?

And then there is the food. Sekinchan is where you can feast on seafood fresh off the boat.

If food is your main interest, there is Chua Lam’s Gourmet Trail which takes you on a culinary tour of Penang, Ipoh and Bukit Tinggi.

Go on a tricycle ride along heritage George Town, stroll along Komtar’s Rainbow Skywalk or enjoy the cool climate of Penang Hill.

So take time off and enjoy what we have at home.
