    Yuanjia Village located at Yanxia Town, Liquan County, Xianyang, Shaanxi province is about 1.5 hours away from Xi’an. It known as “Guanzhong Impression Experience”. Into the Yuanjia Village, in turn saw the original ecological Guanzhong farmer life picture. There is a sense of time and space, which seems to be back 50 years ago.

    Xi’an City Wall (Include Bicycle Ride)
    The fortifications of Xi’an City Wall, in Xi’an, an ancient capital of China, represent one of the oldest, largest and best preserved Chinese city walls. It was built under the rule of the Hongwu Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang as a military defense system. It exhibits the “complete features of the rampart architecture of feudal society”.

    Huimin Street
    Huimin Street is not just a street, it is a collective name for many streets in the Hui people’s district in Xi’an and consists of Beiyuanmen, Beiguangji Street, Xiyang City, and Dapiyuan. The concentration of Xi’an snacks, is a Muslim district with hundreds years of history you still can feel the Muslim atmosphere here.

    DIY Shaanxi Noodles
    Shaanxi cuisine, or Shan cuisine, is derived from the native cooking styles of Shaanxi Province in China. It is famous for noodles, fried flatbread (da bing) and sour tastes. The cuisine is also famed for using its locally produced vinegar, just like in Huaiyang cuisine, but the flavour is totally different. The main saples reflect the crops commonly grown in Shaanxi: millet, sorghum, and wheat. While pork, mushrooms, potatoes and turnips are frequently used in dishes.
