THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING: • The trekking duration can vary from as short as 30 minutes to as long as 6 ~ 8 hours, depending on the location of the primate family. Once gorillas are found, you are allowed to spend an hour to observe them closely. • After sharing all necessary information at the headquarters, your group will then lead by a head range and an assistant to begin your exciting Primate Trekking Journey. • Maximum 8 pax per group. • Minimum age for Gorilla Trekking is 15 years old. This rule is strictly enforced. • Minimum age for Chimpanzee & Golden Monkey Trekking is 12 years old. This rule is strictly enforced.
1)TOUR CANCELLATION TERMS: * If cancellation made 120 days prior to departure, a minimum amount of RM 4,000, will be charged * If cancellation made between 90 – 70 days: Forfeit Deposit * If cancellation made between 69 - 40 days: 50% of the tour fare * If cancellation made 39 days or less before departure: 100% of Tour Fare + Miscellaneous Charges 2) PAYMENT SCHEDULE: * Upon booking: First deposit of RM 8,000 per person are required * 60 days before departure: Final payment due 3) IMPORTANT NOTES: * Package price valid for Malaysian only.
